Best school for electrical classes two best teachers in there Mr Sullivan and Professor X

I just completed my 7 month program at Tulsa and as a female entering the trade not knowing anything about welding I can honestly say my experience was amazing. The instructors were very helpful and not one time did I feel uncomfortable. I have learned so much these past 7 months and I plan to continue learning. I have done schooling before Tulsa trying to be a medical and dental assistant I even looked into sterile processing but I never completed it, it just wasn’t something that I felt happy doing but I am so proud to say I finally found something I learned to love. It wasn’t easy I even had days where I said “I can’t do this” but thanks to the amazing instructors I had they were so patient with me and did everything they could to make sure I got it. Thank you to Mr. Berry, Mr. Trevino, Mr. Buller, Mr. Buster, Mr. Mark and also Mr. Greg for being patient and helping me and the others every way y’all can. Your hard work does not go unnoticed and it is very much appreciated. So thank you again! I would say if you’re thinking of attending for the welding program buy your own grinding cone and also buy more tungstens! Trust me, you’re going to need them because the school only provides one pack. As far as the school I don’t think I experienced anything too bad for me to give Tulsa anything under 5 stars.

I’m about to complete the electrical program here and what I can say is that the instructors were knowledgeable and supportive, providing hands-on training that prepared me well for the field, especially in professor Sullivans class. Tulsa is a really good school for trade. Im currently going here for Electrician, love it so far. Shout out To Mr. Sullivan💯💯

Had 2 nephews that graduated from here, both are working in the field. I recommend pipefitting too because one of them is making six figures now. Do your actual research on the school, they have 90% job placement and rank as one of the top Welding schools in the US. You put the work in and it will in fact pay off

Currently a student at TWS in my 4th month. I absolutely love it and can say this for certain. The ones posting badly about this school are the ones that ended up leaving because of pure laziness/not showing up. I cannot wait to graduate in the near future! I finished the school back in 2005. Remain steadfast in your pursuit for experience in this field. Tulsa gave me the experience I needed to start my career. I’ve worked on trailers, iron buildings, parking garages, natural gas pipe, food grade plants and 180,000 gal pressure vessels. The opportunities just get better and bigger as you gain experience. The friendships you gain along the way make for the best network. Finishing Tulsa was the best decision I ever made.

The instruction I received at Tulsa welding school have greatly changed my life and open doors to job opportunities that I never knew were possible. I now have the tools to give my family a better life then I had and I feel more comfortable with my position in life now than I ever have before. Because I know that I will always have a job because there will always be a need for welders not just in the US but all over the globe. So I can honestly say that I am proud to be a T WS graduate of 2016.

If you want to succeed in welding this is the place to be. I’ve been through 3 years of welding school (excluding this school) and 1 year on the job. That doesn’t amount to much to some people but I’ve had my fair amount of welding instructors. The instructors at TWS Jacksonvile are the best of the best. You only get 7 months with them but they become your brothers and if you listen to them you cannot fail. Once I graduated I sat at home for 3 days and on the forth day I started a great welding job that I still have today. Just remember 2 things, practice makes perfect and hood time is good time.

The skills I learned at Tulsa Welding School helped me raise my annual income from 20k a year to 60k-100k a year. It changed my life. Signing up for the school was easy, they walked me through it step by step and told me what I needed and what I needed to do. They also worked with me and my financial situation allowing me to make monthly payments for the program. Their staff was very professional and helpful every step of the way. Tulsa’s weekly class schedule of four days shop time and one day class room were just what I needed to become a safe and professional welder. And if I wanted more hands on practice, the instructors encouraged me to come in and practice on the weekends. The instructors were very knowledgable and always willing to help and take time to help me understand or get something right. Going to Tulsa Welding School was the best thing I have ever done for myself. Thank you Tulsa Welding School.

It was a great experience! I’ve learned a lot coming out of there. The instructors were really great teachers, they made it easy and fun way of learning! Haven’t found a job yet down were I live looking to go somewhere else where’s there opportunitys.

TWS welding program is 100% top notch. They have opened so many doors for me it’s unreal. The things i want to do in the welding field are limitless. I came into the program not knowing anything about welding and the instructors took time to make sure I understood as much as possible and they gave me the confidence to take any weld test that comes my way along with helping my find a great job. Another thing I love is that I can swing by the shop and brush up on things at no extra cost and feel just as welcome as if I was still a student.
