Step #2: Contact The Trade School for Information
Learning as much as possible about a trade school before you take the tour is essential. Do they offer flexible schedules for day and evening classes? Do they provide hybrid programs so you can complete lectures from home? How much will it cost, and what are you required to purchase? These are all critical questions to answer before you take the tour of the trade school.
Step #3: Schedule a Tour of The Campus with an Admissions Representative
A great way to learn more about the trade school is to take a tour around campus. You will be guided by an admissions representative and able to ask questions about the curriculum, equipment used during hands-on training, and other important specifics. Out-of-state students can take a virtual tour of the campus to better understand the atmosphere of the trade school and learn more about the students and faculty.
Step #4: Apply for Admissions to the Trade School
Make sure you complete your application by the required deadline so you can start school when classes begin. During the admissions process, you must provide a government-issued identification and be at least 18 years of age or older.
