Tulsa Welding School is committed to providing an educational and working environment free from unlawful sex discrimination and sexual harassment.
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (“Title IX”) is a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in federally assisted education programs or activities. Tulsa Welding School or Campus Support Center/StrataTech Education Group (hereinafter referred to as “School”) does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational programs and activities, including admission and employment, and is prohibited by Title IX from discriminating in such a manner. Questions regarding Title IX may be referred to the appropriate campus Title IX Coordinator or the U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.
Title IX Coordinators
Each campus has a designated Title IX Coordinator responsible for coordinating the School’s compliance with Title IX and responding to reports of sex discrimination and sexual harassment.

Reporting Title IX Concerns
Any person may report suspected sex discrimination or sexual harassment to the appropriate campus Title IX Coordinator in person, by telephone, by email, or by mail. Reports may be made at any time, including outside normal business hours.
Individuals wishing to file a formal Title IX complaint should contact their campus Title IX Coordinator or follow the procedures outlined in the School’s Title IX Policy.
Title IX Policy and Grievance Procedures
The School maintains policies and grievance procedures for addressing sex discrimination and sexual harassment in accordance with applicable federal regulations.
Title IX Training Materials
The School makes training materials used to train Title IX Coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and informal resolution facilitators publicly available as required by federal regulations.
